You are without a doubt correct, the situation in New York is not to the benefit of the Clan. The disappearance of First Speaker Jane Bethany Darke with very little news of how such a fierce warrior disappeared is, to say the least, worrisome. Perhaps she decided that unlife has become untenable, we have both seen it before. But something in me is conflicted, I remember our First Speaker to have such a fiery passion for Reform and the Clan.
My condolences on the matter of the lack of support for your political ideas. Even though we did not agree on many things, I know it must be heart wrenching to suffer such a loss against something as ridiculous as Swords to Plowshares, perhaps we are just getting too old. Even though I do not speculate in conspiracy theories, I fear that you are correct. Too many outside forces are meddling with our Clan’s Reform, we must send resources to the trusted Speakers so they may combat this political influence. I know many more Packs are seeking out New York in the coming months, hopefully they will get everything under control.

A Nephilim Effort
Every session for the next 9 sessions a Speaker will get a letter from an overseas Nephilim Pack with resources to spend on reforms, each letter gives the Speaker several choices on how to spend these resources.
Nephilim Maximum Size gets removed.
There can be unlimited members per pack.
There can be unlimited packs.
To form a new Pack, you must be three Nephilims.
If a Pack gets reduced to one Nephilim, it is dissolved and the last member becomes Packless.
