Progression & Experience

During the Campaign each Character receives 2 Experience at the end of each Session. Experience can be spent at Checkin to learn different abilities.

Disciplines, Rituals & Merits can not be learned from other Characters. (Unless there is some special way)

Discipline	5 Experience per Level(Require 2+ Potency)
Ritual Path	4 Experience per Level(Require 2+ Occultism)
Ritual	1 Experience(Requires the level of the Path)
Merit	Each Merit costs its own Experience.

Neonate starts with 10 Experience, and receives up to 20 Experience during the larp. A Neonate can maximum have 30 Experience total.

Ancillae starts with 30 Experience, and receives up to 20 Experience during the larp. An Ancillae can maximum have 50 Experience total.

Elder starts with 70 Experience, doesn’t receive any additional Experience.

Relearning – It is possible for you to forego learned Disciplines, Merits and Rituals in order to use the Experience elsewhere. This is intended so that your Character can grow in a new direction that fits the story. Come see the Storytellers if you wish for this change. You cannot relearn anything that is a requirement for something else.

If we make changes relevant to you and you want to relearn because of those changes, then you can do so without spending any additional time ingame.

Teaching

Some specific abilities at this larp can be learned through ingame play, if something requires Teaching you need following:

• Beginning – You need a Character who has the ability you want to learn, that is willing to Teach you. You and the willing Character must go to the Storytellers Room and announce this Teaching(Never during Checkin or Checkout), you can only be taught one ability at a time.
• Tutoring – You must have the same willing Teacher for one whole Session.
• Completion – The next Session that you and your Teacher is present after Tutoring, you both go into the Storyteller Room to announce if the Teaching is complete, the Teacher confirms if he was willing during the entirety of the Tutoring. (Never during Checkin or Checkout) If everything checks out you will learn the new ability.
