They can lose 1 Sanity to make this Manipulation stop. |

Suppress The bond is magical in nature, and such magic can be manipulated, distorted and suppressed. Leaving an individual with a clear, and therefore dangerous mind. Type: Manipulation Choose another Character, they lose all Blood Bonds for 30 minutes. They can lose 1 Sanity to make this Manipulation stop. |

Descent Into Madness THE VOICES! MAKE THEM STOP! Type: Manipulation Choose another Character, voices of all their past victims clutter their mind; they cannot use any Manipulations or Rituals for 1 hour. They can lose 1 Sanity to make this Manipulation stop. |
Level 5
Grip of Fear Time to experience every phobia. Type: Manipulation Choose another Character and hold a hand towards them, they become Paralyzed as long as you’re standing still and holding out your hand. You can use this Manipulation in a Conflict, but both you and your target then counts as not being in the Conflict as long as this Manipulation is in effect. If anyone starts a new Conflict with either of you, the Manipulation ends. They can lose 1 Sanity to make this Manipulation stop. |
