Infernalism

A heinous and most foul magic. Its use, like that of Dark Arts, is looked bad upon. Users of Infernalism are known as Witches. Belonging to Clan Dracul.

Horror Eternal

Each Infernalism Ritual has two different effects depending on what Cost you pay. The 1st Effect always has the cost of 1 Blood Point.

Level 1

Thirst
Alas all men must drink.
Type: Curse.
Cost: 1 Blood Point or 3 Blood Points and Trivial Components.
1st Effect: Choose a Character, they become extremely thirsty for blood.
This Curse lasts for 30 minutes or until they have drunk vampiric blood.

2nd Effect: Choose a Character, they become addicted to vampiric blood.
This Curse lasts until the start of the next Session.
Spoil
Dinner is served.
Type: Curse.
Cost: 1 Blood Point or 3 Blood Points and Rare Components.
1st Effect: Choose another Character, every time they take a bite or a sip of any food and drink(including blood) they lose 1 Blood Point.
This Curse lasts for 30 minutes.

2nd Effect: Choose another Character, they can’t gain Blood Points.
This Curse lasts until after the next Checkin.
Notify the Storytellers Room after casting this Ritual.

Level 2

Desolation
The most terrible poverty is loneliness and the feeling of being unloved.
Type: Curse.
Cost: 1 Blood Point or 3 Blood Points and Uncommon Components.
1st Effect: Choose another Character, they feel as if their allies and friends have forsaken them or cannot be trusted.
This Curse lasts for 30 minutes.

2nd Effect: Choose another Character, they can’t regain Sanity.
This Curse lasts until the end of the next Session. 

Ruin
A man’s worth is no greater than the worth of his ambitions.
Type: Curse.
Cost: 1 Blood Point or 3 Blood Points and Uncommon Components.
1st Effect: Choose another Character, they become infatuated with the idea of murder in order to solve their Ambition. This Curse lasts for 30 minutes.

2nd Effect: Choose another Character, they become addicted to Diablerie.
This Curse lasts until the start of the next Session.

Level 3

Rot
It’s their time.
Type: Incantation or Curse.
Cost: 1 Blood Point or 3 Blood Points and Trivial Components.
1st Effect: Choose another Character, they lose 1 Blood Point as parts of their flesh begin to Rot. This effect is an Incantation.

2nd Effect: Choose another Character, decrease their Prowess by one step.
This Curse lasts until the start of the next Session or until they have won a Conflict.
Agony
The aim of the wise is not to secure pleasure, but to avoid pain.
Type: Curse.
Cost: 1 Blood Point or 3 Blood Points and Rare Components.
1st Effect: Choose a Character, they suffer a sharp pain everytime they do not talk with utmost respect to another chosen Character.
This Curse lasts for 10 minutes.

2nd Effect: Choose a Character, the first time they lose Blood Points or feel pain this evening they lose 1 Sanity.
This Curse lasts until the start of the next Session.
You can only lose 1 Sanity due to this Ritual per Session.

Level 4

Doomed
Victory has a hundred fathers and defeat is an orphan.
Type: Curse.
Cost: 1 Blood Points and Name of Blood Servant or 3 Blood Points and Uncommon Components.
1st Effect: Choose a Blood Servant you know the exact name of, that Blood Servant can’t perform Intrigues.
This Curse lasts until the start of the next Session.

2nd Effect: Choose another Character, if they use or have used I Do It Myself! It will fail and the costs will not be refunded.
This Curse lasts until the start of the next Session.

Notify ONLY the Storytellers Room after casting this Ritual. 
The Black Spot
You or someone close to you will meet their end soon. 
Type: Curse.
Cost: 1 Blood Point or 3 Blood Points and Rare Components. 
1st Effect: Choose a Character, they become afraid of the Black Spot.
This Curse lasts until the start of the next Session.

2nd Effect: Choose a Character, they get a Black Spot on one of their hands and everytime they use Disciplines or cast Rituals they lose 1 Blood Point.
This Curse lasts until the start of the next Session.

Level 5

Biblical
Exodus 7:14-11:10
Type: Curse.
Cost: Mythic Components and 5 Blood Points.
Effect: Choose one of three different outcomes.

1. Choose a Character, every month one of their Blood Servants die which causes their Clan to breach the Masquerade until 7 Blood Servants have perished this way.

2. Choose a Clan, every month all of their Domains lose 1 Herd until all of their Domains reach 0 Herd.

3. Every Clan experiences a Hunter Event the next month, only the most astute occultists will see the warning signs.

This Curse lasts until Dispelled.
